Now, some may be shocked by the scathing feedback I'm giving about Steal Swan in this one, but it had to be said; she is claiming to have come up with the Completion Process on her own, even though it's an obvious (pitiful) rip-off of Swamiji's. (Swamiji first mentioned Completion in 2006, and started actively teaching the Completion Process in 2011, with videos about it on YouTube starting in 2012; Teal's claims to have come up with it in 2015...) Not only that, it's misleading people, causing more harm than good. By making people use "triggers," (those external stimuli that bring on panic attacks or throw them into fear and painful memories,) instead of leading people to relive and relieve properly, she may be cunningly avoiding to use the identical words shared by Swamiji in His revealed technique, but sadly, she is making people only numb themselves to their past traumas, but not overcome them completely. What will happen to those people if a different trigger sets them off? What if they find themselves again in the harmful situation? They won't actually be complete, and suddenly their suppressed pain will rush to the surface. Fake teachers, embodiments of avidya, the dangerous kind who half-grasp subjects then spew them onto an unsuspecting public of seekers, should be avoided. Please, dear viewers, avoid Teal Swan. Go to the read, authentic Source, which always gives true credit.
In the Dharma tradition, even IF someone "discovers something within," they always corroborate that discovery with what the Rishis have revealed in ancient scriptures. What we realize is Atma Pramana, self-discovered; what is in the scripture is Apta Pramana, divinely revealed.
